Some Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you offer financing? Yes, we offer different financing programs. Please call any of our locations to get current incentives.
- Do you remove the carpet and padding prior installation or can I remove the carpet? It's your choice. We can remove the carpet for a modest charge. If you decide to remove the carpet please be sure to leave the tack strip down.
- What if I'm not home to make my final payment during the day of my installation? If you're not going to be to make payment then please make arrangements to pay for it beforehand so the installation can continue as scheduled.
- Do you move furniture? Yes, we can offer that service to you but it will be at a modest cost. Please consult with a representative because we don't move all types of furniture...such as grandfather clocks. We do recommend that you have all items removed from the rooms yourself.
- How do you control dust when installing hardwood or tile flooring? It's very difficult to control dirt and dust when working these types of material. We recommend that you cover and protect your things as needed.
- After my new floor is installed when can I wash it? Please do not wash the floor for two weeks after installation. Damp mopping (very little water) is acceptable.
- Do you recommend any floor cleaners or maintenance products? Yes we do. Please visit our cleaning page.
